The Crestwood Residence comes fully-furnished with internet, pool and lawn maintenance included in monthly rent. *Extended pool season maintenance available for additional weekly fee.

A $50 non-refundable application fee per applicant must be provided to landlord for processing the lease application. Applicants must provide income verification and credit history that demonstrates the ability to afford the rent. Monthly pet rent = 1% of monthly rent amount. An additional refundable pet deposit is also required. 

Tenant shall be responsible for all electricity and natural gas consumed at the Premises and shall establish and maintain those utility accounts in Tenant's name for the duration of the tenancy. Tenant shall also be responsible for actual water and sewer charges attributable to the Premises.

 Water and sewer service shall remain in Owner's name, and Owner shall provide Tenant with a copy of each applicable utility statement. Tenant shall reimburse Owner for the actual invoiced amount within 10 days of receipt. No markup or administrative fee shall be added.

Professional Cleaning services can be arranged through landlord for an additional fee.
